Always polite and respectful, he handled the tricky situation with diplomacy vis-a-vis the neighbours. He turned up when he said he would, with his colleague (also polite and respectful). He went the extra mile of dealing with a metal fence post, around which the tree had grown and left the whole area spotless.

  • Ryan and his team worked on several large trees on our property. All the trees were challenging in their own ways. One was overhanging a neighbours house - post storm damage, and another was nestled amongst phone wires. Two trees were removed and others were reduced to provide more light to the garden. The work was completed with great skill and efficiency. Ryan was very knowledgeable and able to advise us on the best course of action for the trees and the integrity of others on our property.
